Already at the time of production, the Freedom Task is climate, water and energy positive. The particular chairs that Zenkki sell have been refurbished, meaning their life has been extended further with a new upholstery / fabric. The arms and base are original.

Returns policy
If within 14 days you change your mind, we can provide a replacement item or you can return your items for a full refund. Delivery fees or other custom charges are typically not refunded.Â

Warranty
If you discover a fault with a pre-loved item, making it not fit for purpose:
- Withing 30 days, we offer you the right to return it for a full refund. Delivery fees or other custom charges are typically not refunded.Â
- After the first 30 days (but within the first 6 months) you can return the item, however we can choose to replace or repair the fault instead.Â
- Resell option - get £ back. If you buy this item, you can resell it with Zenkki Buyloop™ in the future. Read more in our FAQ's.
