  • Pre-loved items are available in London and all surrounding areas, including all of Surrey.
  • New items are available UK wide.

All pre-loved items, and all in stock items new items, are delivered within 3-5 working days. If you need the furniture at a later time, for example at a move in date, just let us know within 24 hours of placing your order. 

Some new pieces may have longer lead times if they are made to order, see the specific information on the product page.

If within 14 days you change your mind, we can provide a replacement item (where available in stock) or you can return your items for a full refund. Delivery fees or other custom charges may not be refunded. 

The items should be unused and returned in the same condition and original packaging in which they were received.

Prepare your space as you would for any large delivery. Remove any objects that could be in the way so the delivery team has enough space to get your furniture in.

Do also let us know if there might be any issues with parking or accessing your home, or if you live on a higher floor without a lift. This will help our team prepare in the best way for the delivery day.


The furniture will be delivered and put in your room of choice. We don't assemble your items or take any packaging pack. Our pre-loved furniture comes either ready assembled, or require only very light assembly. If you would like assembly as an additional service, reach out on hello@zenkki.co.uk after placing your order.


FREE home delivery is offered on all furniture purchases above £249.

Shipping is also FREE for smaller items such as desk lamps and home office accessories, sent via Royal Mail or DPD.

Furniture purchases below £249 have a £29 delivery fee.

We pride ourselves on offering high quality furniture. Our customers score our furniture on average 9.2/10. 

To achieve this, we partner with brands that offer furniture that is durable and sustainable. We look for functional and contemporary pieces.

Some of the brands you'll find on the website include HÅG, Swyft, Anglepoise, Revive Furniture, Oakywood and Woodman. We also have our own line of Zenkki items.

Used but like new, little or no signs of wear and tear.
Loop 2: Some light scratching and ageing but still remains in a good condition.
Loop 3: Visible signs of previous use including scratches, marks or chips but still remains in a fair condition.

Even if you go for a second hand item every item is guaranteed to be fully functioning with all parts remaining and restored to the best of our ability. All furniture goes through an extensive cleaning process. A major benefit compared to buying second hand furniture elsewhere.


Zenkki certified items are proven to fit our circular model. They are of good quality and ideally sustainably produced. They are easy to transport, assemble and disassemble and it’s possible to replace parts in order to increase their longevity.

Basically, we have a list of criteria to ensure we only provide good quality items, so you don’t have to worry about it.


Although we also sell new pieces, Loop 1-3 are second hand, refurbished items. We have extensive quality control in place and all items have been chosen because they are suitable for a circular model.

  1. All items go through a deep clean and sanitation process. Depending on the item, this involves vacuuming, disinfecting surfaces, and washing and steam cleaning fabrics.
  2. Any item that could need a little pick me up is refurbished, as much as possible, back to its previous glory. This sometimes involves reupholstering items by replacing or recovering the fabric, refinishing paint or wooden surfaces or swapping out spare parts such as legs.

Second hand products may have imperfections from normal wear and tear. They will however always be fit for purpose, and as described on the website.

If you discover a fault with a pre-loved item:

  • Withing 30 days, we offer you the right to return it for a full refund. Delivery fees or other custom charges are typically not refunded. 
  • After the first 30 days (but within the first 6 months) you can return the item, however we can choose to replace or repair the fault instead. 

We specialise in the brands and furniture we sell. So once you are done with your item, whether that’s next month, next year or in three years from now – we may be able to take it back and resell it for you! Replacing any parts or refurbishing it first.

The resell options is typically not available if you bought a loop 3 product.

Other

Yes, we offer an interior design service. Apart from the furniture, we can help with for example space planning, art walls and accessories to complete your space. This is available to private customers and businesses. Reach out on hello@zenkki.co.uk.
