If you discover a fault with a pre-loved item, making it not fit for purpose:

Withing 30 days, we offer you the right to return it for a full refund. Delivery fees or other custom charges are typically not refunded.
After the first 30 days (but within the first 6 months) you can return the item, however we can choose to replace or repair the fault instead.
