    Bed 01’s got comfort covered with a padded headboard in velvet, featuring timeless pulled-button detailing. Quality doesn’t stop at the headboard, however. Bed 01 sits atop a frame of FSC certified solid Beech wood, so you can rest easy knowing you’re supported well.

      Returns policy

      If within 14 days you change your mind, we can provide a replacement item or you can return your items for a full refund. Delivery fees or other custom charges are typically not refunded. 

      • Loop 1 - Like new (used with minor or no signs of wear and tear)
      • Loop 2 - Good (used with light scratching and ageing but still remains in a good condition) 
      • Loop 3 - Fair (used with visible signs of previous use that may include scratches, marks or chips but still remains in a fair condition)

      Warranty

      If you discover a fault with a pre-loved item, making it not fit for purpose:

      • Withing 30 days, we offer you the right to return it for a full refund. Delivery fees or other custom charges are typically not refunded. 
      • After the first 30 days (but within the first 6 months) you can return the item, however we can choose to replace or repair the fault instead. 

      • Resell option - get £ back. If you buy this item, you can resell it with Zenkki Buyloop™ in the future. Read more in our FAQ's.
