Warranty
If you discover a fault with a pre-loved item, making it not fit for purpose:
- Withing 30 days, we offer you the right to return itĀ for a full refund. Delivery fees or other custom charges are typically not refunded.Ā
- After the first 30 days (but within the first 6 months) you can return the item, however we can choose to replace or repair the fault instead.Ā
- Resell option - get Ā£ back. If you buy this item, we may be able to buy it back with Zenkki Buyloopā¢ in the future. Read more in our FAQ's.
