Returns policy

If within 14 days you change your mind, we can provide a replacement item or you can return your items for a full refund. Delivery fees or other custom charges are typically not refunded. 

• Loop 1 - Like new (used with minor or no signs of wear and tear)
• Loop 2 - Good (used with light scratching and ageing but still remains in a good condition) 
• Loop 3 - Fair (used with visible signs of previous use that may include scratches, marks or chips but still remains in a fair condition)

Warranty

If you discover a fault with a pre-loved item, making it not fit for purpose:

• Withing 30 days, we offer you the right to return it for a full refund. Delivery fees or other custom charges are typically not refunded. 
  
• After the first 30 days (but within the first 6 months) you can return the item, however we can choose to replace or repair the fault instead. 

• Resell option - get £ back. If you buy this item, we may be able to buy it back with Zenkki Buyloop™ in the future. Read more in our FAQ's.
  
• Circular approach. We encourage a reuse, repair and recycle approach over the more common consume and discard practice. We do this through our choice of furniture, the Buyloop concept and our business practises. Read more about our approach to sustainability here.
